  1. I'm around on the weekends and most week nights, us tz primarily but eu tz on occasion. Edit: I should be around most of tonight I'll try to leave my character logged in, if anyone is around that can do the interview shoot me a convo.
  2. Northbound was a corp I joined who told me they were casually into pvp, didn't have a ton of requirements, and had a pretty laid back community in terms of pve. I moved my stuff in, got settled, and they announced a week later they were leaving their coalition and I would have to move all my stuff again. Like I said I have pretty bad luck with that happening lol. I decided not to stay, and that's when I really decided that when looking for corps I would have to try to focus on finding a stable place. I thought provi would be a good place because they've owned that region for like forever and haven't had much trouble defending it. Unfortunately their lifestyle wasn't really much fun outside of ops they pinged for. It was hard to casually pvp around their local area because their KOS rules made it really vague who you could and couldn't shoot. PvE was also hard because you weren't allowed to shoot at neutrals in your space so you could always have random fresh neutrals in your system watching you and you couldn't do anything about it. I got frustrated and bored with logging in outside of their big fleets and mostly stopped playing because of it. I didn't really give them a heads up I wasn't going to be logging in much, it was just sort of a progressive thing that happened.
  3. Westworld was awesome! One of the best series out in the last year or so. I just started watching the expanse in the last week or two and I'm caught up now on the current episode, also a very good show. I've tried to watch some animes a few times but I couldn't ever really get into them, but maybe Ghost in the Shell would be an opportunity to ease into the genre. I'll check it out when it's around!
  4. I was training into a svipul for a while but they got nerfed pretty hard before I finished so I never got to experience that. I guess it's kind of situational. Last night I went on a public roam and took a thrasher out and that was pretty fun. I fit it up with artys and the huge hits were pretty fun to deal out. It seems like you're learning towards caldari here so I'll go with missiles I guess haha. Although I do get to use drones to get on kills when I fly logi . I like to watch all kinds of TV and films but I'm kind of running out of new stuff to watch so if anyone has any suggestions throw them my way. I've also tried brewing beer a couple times in recent months but that hasn't gone great but I'm working on it!
  5. I grew up in the north near the Canadian border so I learned how but I never played hockey or anything. I'm still pretty bad .
  6. C) If I make it training with my favorite NHL team instead of MLB. Don't want to knock the European options but that's just not really my style I guess. Sent!
  7. I mostly stick to beer. Yeungling is my go to get drunk cheap beer, I dabble in higher end beers when I have the extra cash.
  8. I saw your corp's post on /r/evejobs. Like I said I've had bad experiences in the past with corps either getting evicted, or deciding to jump ship right after I've joined, and your corp seems like it's stable minded. I checked out the philosophy statement last night when I was chatting with TBert. I think I would fit in well and have fun playing under that philosophy. It's not fun or productive to try to play in a hostile unorganized environment. I have nothing against some good old fashioned drunk roams haha. I mostly do exploration and VNI ratting. My last corp was in CVA and their NRDS lifestyle made it very hard to try to safely do PvE. I'm already pretty paranoid when I'm out ratting so it was just a very unenjoyable experience to try and make isk there. I've bought plex before just to get my bankroll up when I didn't have any patience to rat too.
  9. Yeah that's true when I was very new I was in NAGA and that was the very first time I experienced having to move haha. I'm not super hostile against the idea of having to move I would just prefer to be in a group that seeks out a stable environment and doesn't jump to a new alliance every few months. I'm also in South Florida.
  10. Not all 4 cruisers, currently only scimi and onerios. I do have logi 5 though .
  11. 1. It's a yorkie, not my first choice, but it's a family dog . Very friendly and lovable dog regardless. 2. Scimitar, it's a fast ship and fun to fly. 3. Steak tacos with cheese, lettuce, onions. There was a place in the last city I used to live in, that made EXCELLENT steak tacos. I used to go there for lunch about once a week. Anytime I see a food truck or small place that has tacos I'll give them a try. I can't remember all the names of the places but sometimes food trucks are a seriously pleasant surprise.
  12. Hey guys my name is Nightjar Saraki. I started playing eve back in 2015. I've unfortunately ended up in a few corps that either disbanded or were evicted. I'm hoping that SOHCO ends up being a stable home in nullsec for me . I primarily fly logi cruisers in fleets, I started this because in my last corp open comms could be very toxic at times and logi comms were a quiet safe haven. I think a lot of people talk about logi like it's boring but it's very exciting in a close fight to struggle to keep an allied ship up. When people are spamming broadcasts and you're responsible for getting reps to the right person you can kind of feel a bit of pressure. If we win a close fight I always feel like I was part of that win. In real life I've worked a variety of jobs from electronics repair to a very niche antique hardware distributor. I'm 23 years old, very close to 24. I spend a bunch of my time playing video games, they've been a staple part of my life since I was young, and I'm sure that's true for a lot of the people in this guild. I live in the south eastern US and primarily play in US TZ. I have a small but close family here, and one pet (a dog). That's the short and simple version of it. If you guys have any questions I'll be more than happy to answer!
