Uhm...ow? -.- I haven't had a chance to talk to Mai yet, since he's been on vacation. Hopefully am gonna be dragging Norfire, though. He *should* be picking the game up today. ^^ And from what was said, I don't think Rawr is interested in Aion, so you're safe. No cutting?

So if I were to drag one or two of my favorite people along for the ride (and Sharper were able to vouch for them, too!), would I just have them do as I've done with posting and such? Both of the people I'm thinking of are completely made of awesomeness. And then some. I'd like to keep them close to where I am, guildwise, but right now I'm just looking at potential options for what to do as far as this all goes.

I guess I'm just going to have to go crawl into my coffin now, if 27 is old. /weep

Sigh. No, not really really. But you're supposed to let me pretend I'm not a complete softie. Or else I'll make sure I go on at length about what a sweetheart you really are. >.>

He does make it easy. =) ...sigh. So totally just got the game. It was way easier to put it off before I started poking around. It needs to download faster, though.

Gosh. Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. I am...well, looking forward to this a bit more, now. Trying to decide if maaybe I can swing this a little earlier than I originally decided. Ah-em. As far as the whole putting up with Sharper deal...well, somebody's got to. It may or may not be due to me having had him there for me pretty consistently through some pretty rough stuff. Maybe. More likely, it's just nice to have somebody around that's /so/ easy to pick on. >.>

Sooooooooo. Hi! It has been impressed upon me that I must come and say hello, though I won't quite be ready to come play Aion with you guys for a few more weeks. My name is Jenn, though the long-term nicknames Anthea / Sunny have stuck for years now and I answer to them just as well. I'm a friend of Sharper's, and have been convinced to at least come and try playing this game with him, particularly as he's noted the awesomeness of the people around in these parts. Given my interest in MMOs tends to be community-focused, awesome people are rather a requirement. I've primarily been a WoW player as far as MMOs go, though I've played WAR some (so loved it), as well as DDO and LotrO. I'm not the best skillwise, but I'm generally competent enough. I came into the MMO world from actual pen and paper gaming, as well as playing online text-based games (yes, something geekier even than the MMO fun). My area of expertise would be in herding ferrets, being diplomatic, and maintaining a positive attitude. I don't, these days, have a *ton* of time to play; I've got a son in 5th grade as a single mom, I work, and I try to maintain as much of an active social life as I can. So while I can be around pretty regularly, I can't always be around /reliably/ -- and though I do generally manage to keep my comitments (if I agree to be somewhere), I tend to avoid making said commitments unless I *know*. So, yeah. I really had no idea what to say here, and I probably would've just stayed in hiding and quiet if Sharp hadn't drug me along kicking and screaming. But he did, and so here I am.
