Skittles4Prez Posted February 11, 2015 Report Share Posted February 11, 2015 Howdy Folks, my name's Tim. I play a lalafell named Little Skittles on the Behemoth server. I posted a "returning to game" post on reddit and I believe it was Sandanzuki that commented, telling me about your awesome FC. Ironically I started FFXIV during Beta on the Leviathan server before transferring over to Behemoth to join some friends. Last November, life became extremely hectic and I was forced to take an extended break from FFXIV. I've been back for about a week now and I am a bit overwhelmed with all the content I've missed out on. A little about me, first and foremost ... I have a weird addiction to Skittles!! I've had this addiction since I was a kid. It's weird being a grown man and having people hand you a bag of skittles just to see your reaction, but it's pretty hysterical and most guilds or companies I've ever been in, everyone just referees to me as Skittles lol. I'm 35, living with my wonderful wife and dog in New Jersey. Been playing MMO's for what seems like forever. EQ, FFXI, WoW, Rift, Terra, Guild Wars and obviously my favorite has been FFXIV. Grew up on comics, video games and movies. Huge sports nut! I own my own business in the construction field, so my schedule is always pretty erratic. Jumping back into FFXIV now, I main a WHM. I also have SCH/SMN, WAR, PLD, DRG and BLM at 50. Been trying out NIN but healing is where my heart is at. Coming back after such a long break, the FC i was in has pretty much become desolate at this point. I'm very picky with the people I like to party with in a company hence why I spent some time looking at a ton of fc's before making my decision. Loved what I saw with you guys and hope I can bring my experience to your group. Would love to get to know you all more and if accepted, I'd begin the transfer service back to Leviathan pretty quickly. Thanks for the time guys and gals and look forward to hearing from ya's. Sorry I couldnt get online last night, I'm downloading mumble now, I should be online most of the day today so I can jump on whenever. Lets see, I'll answer some of these questions ... What server did you play on in FFXI? I played on Bismark for quite a few years. Once a lot of my friends moved over to wow, I reluctantly followed as well Do you eat other food besides Skittles? I actually do ... but its usually followed up by a bag of skittles! What are you Prez of? Nothing yet, but strictly referring to my lalafell, I'd someday like to be president of the entire lalafell community!! What is your stance on Lalafells? See above lol And finally, red, green or blue? Being a guy, I would typically say blue. which color would you most strongly recommend? They are all fantastic but I'm a sucker for tropical skittles. What did you play in WoW? I had a few toons, but my main was a holy priest Whereabouts in Jersey? Northern Jersey, about an hour outside of NYC What kind of things do you construct? Mostly anything, we do carpentry, electric, plumbing and some painting as well. Took a lot of shop classes in school and stuck with what I was good at.
