Raiding Expierence:
I first began raiding in patch 2.4.3, about two months before the Wrath content patch, as prot. I cleared the basic instances and the hardest raid I did was SSC, only getting to the 2nd to last boss. I raided all throughout Wrath, as dps, and I got Kingslayer (25). Currently for Cata I have cleared 10/12.
Favorite instance:
I'd have to say Ulduar (although AQ40 is a close runner up).
Why: Personally I really love huge raids like that have a lot of bosses. I thought the fights were very unique and fun. Also old gods have also been a fascination of mine in WoW lore.
Raiding playstyle:
I start off right before the boss using commanding shout, using Shield block, and then I heroic throw charge in. Because prot warrior have no rotation, more of a priority list, its fairly strait forward. Shield slam>revenge> Rend>Devastate, also using HS all the time if rage is no issue. Also keeping demoralizing shout and thunderclap debuff are a must.
Viable alts/offspecs:
Offspec- Fury. Currently my fury spec is slightly a pvp spec, however a pve spec as well. Because I currently use my offspec in raids I needed to keep it so I can still do good dps, but it also helps while pvping. Currently my gear for fury is slightly lesser than my prot spec.
Alt- Night Elf Assassination Rogue
Currently his gear is not raid ready, however in a matter of a week or two he should be good to go.
Attitude:
As a guild leader I've had to give a whole lot of criticism, however at the same time I've had my fair share. I always take criticism to heart trying to fix whatever I was being criticized on. I am also not easily offended.
Learning methods:
Elitist Jerks. I will scour the forums until the problem is resolved.

I was there for about six weeks, and I was removed from the guild because I couldn't raid for about four weeks since I had personal issues to take care of.
Currently I am the Guild Leader Inertia. I was given guild leader about a month ago because our old guild leader was a ninja (stealing from the bank) and was too young and immature to guild lead.
I want to leave my currently guild mainly because of immature players and lack of dedication. Its very frustrating when we have raiders accept calendar invites and proceed to not show up or contact one of the officers in advance they will not be coming.
Greatest flaw(s):
My greatest flaw was sacrificing TSP for more survivability. Before I was gearing/gemming/reforging for mastery and avoidance forgetting the whole idea that if I do not hold threat, then I'm not actually tanking. I was so focused on keeping myself alive I forgot that I had to keep the rest of the raid alive...
Why us?
Well I was checking out wowprogress and I noticed that you guys needed a prot warrior, and since my friend just transfered to horde I've been on the hunt for a new raiding guild.

Questions/Comments:
The screenshot was over Stormwind city so there are a whole lot of shiny new textures and whatnot so its lower than what I get in raids.
98% sure that I will be transferring horde, but it would be nice to know if I had a raid spot or if I would be on trial forever.
