Can you only raise the difficulty beyond hard after having completed Act V? Crusader hasn't even come close to dying at this difficulty level. Fun ride, but it's a little too easy atm (level 42).

Yeah.. I haven't even used a healing pot on my barbarian yet in Normal mode.

I've used maybe 10 on hard, lol. But it says I need to create a new game? Raise difficulty greyed out after hard. I've been on hard since maybe level 10 when I realized I could switch. Should I have started on hard?

Like can you only raise it one level once the game has started maybe? Damn.
