      @lilah, they said that as long as the other IT person isn't taking vacation time. I can pretty much take it whenever, excluding times when we have a major project.

    I found out the reason why my workload increased.... It's because they don't trust/aren't confident with the other IT person, so everything gets assigned to me. Q.Q
