Welcome. I'm sure the EVE folks will be along shortly to go over stuff. 

I called Support last time I needed it removed.  I think they asked me to email or fax my licence.  Wasn't really a big a deal except for having to make the call itself.

Oh.. that's good news. Unfortunately, classes start back up next week so it'll have to wait till my next break. 

I just reinstalled it last week, but wasn't able to figure out how to get my old security key removed from my account. 

I missed the pony tail, but your beard was epic
