Raiding/PvP Experience:
These are spread out among my toons Warlock was my first 80. Then guild needed a tank for Kara so rerolled and lvled to 80 on my druid and went balance for Naxx and Ulduar. Hunter I made him around the end of ToC beginning of ICC is when he hit 80. I then rerolled and lvled my shaman about a month or so into MoP for the guild I'm currently in Overdosed.
ToES 4/4: Also have killed normal elite protectors since the first week. I've had a few attempts on Heroic Protectors.

I had a somewhat spotty raiding career during Vanilla and BC due to my dad being stationed overseas in South Korea so couldn't raid. I don't speak Korean unfortunately because everyone knows Asians win at video games. Also raiding US would have been a 16 hour or so time difference.
Favorite instance:
By far it would be Ulduar. I loved the challenge and the scaling difficulty you could change bosses like Yogg 0 light and Freya, Mimiron etc. Algalon was one of the most fun fights in wow I think and Yogg 0 its a really close call which I liked more. Just the whole instance it had every sort of fight you could imagine. It had dragons and fire and add fights and damage modifying fights(Hodir/General Vezax). Even had a vehicle fight that I thought was pretty fun changed it up wasn't boring like a lot of the content since has been. Also it was tuned very well and actually challenging hasn't really been a boss since then that has taken month's to kill like Yogg 0/Algalon did except maybe the Lich King.
Viable alts/offspecs:
I have a 90 warlock and hunter as well as my shaman being the best geared, I will be leveling my BOOMkin from 85 to lvl 90 to raid with you guys. I am very confident in my abilities of learning a new class quickly and playing it at a high level rather quickly. No offspecs on my shaman we had a hunter in overdosed and getting healing trinkets with 2 main healers and a dps/offheals made it very difficult to get gear for enhance/resto.
Learning methods:
I do understand the mechanics of how elemental shamans work I always read patch notes to see any changes and if anything can be used more effectively. Now I'm researching and learning the mechanics of balance with astral communion being able to always setup eclipse for highest burn is very important 1 cast away from lunar with incarnation and celestial alignment can get 3 starfalls off back to back tracking the uptime to make sure as to not clip it will be a bit challenging to get the rotation down but I'm confident I can learn it pretty quickly. Then its just a balance of keeping dots ticking with gear and higher crit/haste should be able to get through an eclipse without having dots fall off, having to refresh in between elcipses being the ultimate goal.
Previous Guild(s):
I will list them from most recent and go back as far as I can remember. I have been in quite a few mainly when I was younger living at home I couldn't keep set schedules also my dad being military didn't have the choice of where I lived and when I moved. Living at home hasn't been an issue though for quite sometime now. Also drama I hate it I have enough stuff in my RL to worry about than people getting upset in game.
Overdosed- Current guild, The RL recently quit raiding due to unforeseen circumstances then it was a dominoes effect healers quitting etc.
Ghost Town- A guild I joined on Stormreaver to raid with friends and most of them are core from Sanctus back when it was a 25 man. Had high hopes at first but a lot of people couldn't show up and only raided 2 days a week also some of the players were more friends then good players. So our progression really suffered from those 2 combinations and being a new guild with a rough start it fell apart so I joined Overdosed a huge step up from my current gear/guild also I rerolled a shaman from 1-90 to play with them and fill out their raid comp.
Tabbed Out- Not a bad guild probably should have stayed if I knew then about what would happen with Ghost Town the only reason I left was for that and about 6 or so of the core players weren't come back for MoP.
Sanctus- Great guild really liked the people we did get stuff done pretty well on a 3 day a week schedule. Then we dropped from a 25 man to a 10 man and it fell apart when Blackclaus our MT took a month off for a new job and others followed suit when it didn't look like he was coming back.
Did it For Whitney- A few of my friends left the guild and moved on also it's about 4 years ago when I didn't want to do the hardcore raiding back then they were 5 to 6 days a week schedule 20+ hours a week just raiding not including rep/VP/mats grinding.
Cynical- main was my Druid he is in cynical as well switched to my hunter due to that is what they needed at the time. Then bam outta nowhere the GM just quit and a few officers left as well. They didn't ST or join a new guild but still not exactly a place I want to be with all drama and the guild not raiding anymore.
Gwen Stefani- I originally was on my Hunter and druid. The GM had an old buddy come back that was balance which is what my druids main spec was. So I left because well I'm not just going to stay when I know I’m only going to warm the bench, and wait for someone to leave the guild so I can get a spot.
So I know that may sound a little bad to keep switching guilds. But I don't play the game just for gear or am I a bad player. I don't even expect to win anything until it's me or DE when I first join a guild. I honestly am just trying to find a great raiding guild where I fit in and have a spot. I've just had bad luck finding a place over the years seems most guilds I join already have people been playing together for years and years so can be tough to fit in sometimes or they fall apart due to unforeseen circumstances/drama.

Also I work for a satellite installation company that does subcontract work for dish network. So with my very lax schedule can make every raid as well as other things alt raids challenge mode runs whatever other fun things you guys wanna do.

Wowprogress Also I already talked to Ashin about joining and playing my ele shaman but rerolling to my BOOMkin when hes got some gear. I know it will be a major adjustment but can buy the DMC trinket/476 pieces and will be 90 before reset this coming tuesday 12/25/12 so will get a sha kill in heroics and hopefully some LFR and have 6 coins get in some pugs etc try and get some gear as quickly as possible.
