I had not heard about that Lilah. I think for me though it's too little too late. They should have had it all in there from the start I'm not going to play through again just to see what they added.

I absolutely agree, it makes it seem like the game was rushed.  It also concerns me that you are done already with the game.  An RPG like FF should have taken a lot longer.

Permaban if you dispute charges? Refund of fraudulent charges only to PSN Wallet?  That's outrageous.

Okay. They actually came back and recovered my account. I'm still hesitant about doing much on it after this whole incident, but in the end what matters is I got it back.

Lessons Learned:

• Sony Entertainment does not have 24/7 Live Support so don't get hacked in the middle or the night.
• Sony Entertainment has a "no refund" policy. All purchases are final. 
• Keep the original PS device that you registered your account on. (They can use it to verify you are who you say you are and recover your account.)

Glad you recovered your account!  If you did get charged anything you can try and dispute with the Credit Card Company but I have heard nightmares that when the credit card company does the charge back to Sony.  Sony will then ban your entire account.  I have started to just remove my billing info until I want to make a purchase or buy a gift card.  It is a pain but saves the headache of a hacked account.

Ya, that's what the Customer Support person told me. I gave me a "one-time good will" full refund on the unauthorized purchase to the PSN wallet and I just cancelled my Dispute that I submitted through Paypal so they wouldn't ban my account. This whole experience has made me very wary of Sony and how they handle account security & customer support. Honestly, I wonder why they don't have a 2-step verification system in place like Steam, Blizzard, & Microsoft (on XB1). It just feels sloppy.

This game... just so good. Top 3 overall for me now, not able to edge out Mass Effect but close! I'm reading the novels now too, for the backstory. Seven of them!
