    Trying to figure out how to job search after the Army. Thoughts?

      I mean you can't go wrong with the GI bill, and if you're getting out you can't give it to your kids. You can go get your masters, or get a degree in whatever it is you want to do after you get out. That way you've got a fallback for some income if you have trouble finding a suitable job.

      It really was. We looked at 16 houses total over 2 days. Throw in 2 11-hour drives, and I was worn out.

    Note: The Battle of Washita battlefield is pretty much a waste of time. It wasn't even a real battle anyways, just Custer attacking a peaceful village.

    So after WvW last night, I hear what sounds like a dripping inside my walls. Guess I need to cal maintenance, since I really hope the apartment upstairs doesn't have a water leak

    I hate unpacking. There's an entire room I'm afraid to go into, there are that many boxes. Plus, I've already found a few broken things.

      Uh oh! And yes, it's a pain. The cleaning and packing part isn't horrible, but undoing everything SUCKS. And it's looking like we're gonna be doing it TWICE in a 6 month period =/

    "Faff". Learned that one from a Brit during my first deployment. One of my NCO's came into the office so happy that he got yelled at in British.

    He's been an expensive dog this past week. Ruined my power adapter late last week, and a couple days ago ruined my PT jacket and gloves. I can't wait until I move so I can find a house with a backyard to keep him in.
