Just to update: I'll be looking into this more when exams are over. I may just buy the base pack since I enjoyed my time with it mostly.

I'm still on the fence slightly due to lack of time, but I'll look into that more in about 2 weeks. I've been kinda keeping up with it via gaf forums. Every time I read about it I wanna go play again.

Still playing trial, but on the fence as to purchase. I haven't had as much time with it as I would have liked. I'll need to decide soon!

Managed to get some time in really late last night/this morning (like 4-6 AM EST) so I just solo'd and learned. A lot of the vet gaffers from EU were on so I could ask them questions via forums there, but I didn't have many as of now.

Mixed feelings on this one for me. Still loving the combat, combos, all of that. Have a feeling PvP will be a blast, maybe like nothing I've encountered before in an MMO. The rest is kind of... janky. I don't mean my PC being too low end, it's not, I just mean in general. It's as if they focused a TON on certain aspects and just kind of ignored others completely. The ones they did focus on however... really impressive. Character creation obviously. Twin would be in there for DAYS, not hours. The world is gorgeous, though much more so when standing still due to all the odd pop-in and characters/NPC's being black until you're real close sometimes. Immersion is good otherwise. It's a fun world to explore and I've barely scratched the surface. There seems to be so much to do, so value there for sure. Customization in terms of armor/appearance after the character creation, or basically from the head down mostly, is severely lacking. Noticing that already. Hearing reports of the nicer armors/outfits being $25+ in the cash shop and not being much variety even there. Oy. Maybe they'll address this as they adapt to NA/EU markets vs. their previous Asia etc.

Hope to get some more time in late tonight.

New PC time. Finally. Same one as when we were playing FF? You had trouble with it then! Less shoes/bags (for a very short amount of time... breathe) if need be =P

And I think it opens at 7am EST on Thursday. As far as I can tell anyway. 8am UTC is 3am EST, but there's supposedly a 4 hour maintenance.

If there is an extra pass laying around, I still don't have one.

Not sure if you guys got them yet or not. I think the game opens around 8am on Wednesday? Does anyone know exactly?

If there is a decent amount of interest put me last on the lost since I'm fairly occupied and will likely have less time than others. Or if people are wanting to check but can't financially. I can afford it if need be, just not sure if I'll commit.

Basically have me down as a real extra. Pass laying around collecting dust type thing =)

If anyone has an extra pass when they come out I'll take one.

Would like to have a week with it before committing.

I didn't get to spend as much time with it as I would have liked, but I will say the combat was fun and refreshing. The game is very beautiful on medium and high settings. I couldn't do the top settings and I didn't check low.

I won't pre-order, but I'm certainly interested and will continue to monitor it; see how release goes, etc.

I'm looking forward to trying this. I haven't played an MMO in so long! Even creating a character and discovering a new (gorgeous, from what I've seen) world will be a kind of treat for me. The newbie quests! =)

Just got an email that I'm accepted for CB2... 18th to the 22nd. So I'll get to give it a run without having paid anything which is cool.

I'll see how it runs on my PC and then decide if I feel like buying in for a bit. I kinda miss MMO's, just don't know how much time I really have to dedicate to one atm.

Time to get the crusader to 70 and start farming. I also really wanna take a WD or Wiz up to 70 too. I have no casters!

I should be around still. There's a lot more to do, and it now feels like the kinda game D2 was; something you come back to from time to time, at least if you don't have every class at max level.

I currently have DH and Monk up to 70 and Crusader at 62. The 70's need to be geared up and then I can start accessing harder difficulties. Looking forward to Torment rifts when I have more time.

I'll wanna get a Witch Doctor or Wizard up to 70 at some point as well. I feel like I'll eventually have every class at 70. Especially since I know there will be further expansion packs.

I just hit 50 in Act V.

I gotta say, Act V is a blast so far. And transmog/enchant is awesome. Damn this game is getting more addicting every time I play. Terrible timing. It's exams soon!

Looking forward to Act V and all the rest. Still only 45 with my crusader. After which I'll take either my DH or Monk from 60-70. 

I wanted to start over fresh before I went to Act V. Plus I don't remember how to play either of my other characters and the monk is naked, lol.

I'm kinda doing whatever atm, trying new skills as they come along but ultimately reverting back to Smite w- Shatter and Blessed Shield w- Shattering Throw, or some small variation on runes.

Using Heaven's Fury w- the split beams. I don't have bombardment yet as I'm level 45 or so. Planning on reading up on builds as I get closer to 60 and/or encounter actual difficulty, lol.

I bought it last night on a whim 'cause I felt like playing and people were very excited in the Neogaf OT. I always get influenced by hype, lol.

I have to admit that it's MUCH better than it was. I started over as a Crusader and I love the feel of it so far. I'm very early on still, but it really feels different.

Better dialog, added dialog (more covetous shen!), vastly superior crafting gear, less drops but more meaningful when they do happen, etc. I haven't played since about a month and half after release so everything is new to me.

It's just so CHEESY in D3. Like a terrible B movie. C movie. Whatever you call low-budget nonsense. Not what I expect from Blizzard now.

But I can get past that if the rest is better. AH gone. New loot (no, I haven't tried it yet!), a whole new act... new class. Skill revamp. Adventure mode etc. 

Yeah, I may have to buy this and put another 100+ hours into it over the Summer!
