  1. 4 hours on the phone with Comcast, sent Dept to Dept then disconnected. Resolution is that they don't know what the problem is so sending a tech to swap the box...on Wed. #NeedGoogleFiberNow!

      Maybe you should switch browsers to google Ultron. NASA uses it.

      We had a problem with Charter in our old house about 4 years ago. Internet worked fine for the first 2 years we were there, then the last year it just stopped. We no longer got a signal, they replaced the modem/router, reran lines through out the house, and nothing. We ended up having to switch to DSL. It was a bad year until we moved again.
