Very persistent with this app I see.

I am going to be very blunt here and please note I do not have the final say on anything so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Going through the logs you linked your dot uptimes on every fight is very low, even with your ilvl your dps is extremely low (gemming and enchants seem alright so idk whats going on here, fulg will look at them in-depth however)

As for the deaths in these logs; a couple on ji'kun weren't your fault but a few were, there were times when quills were going out and yet you were soaking a puddle at the same time? player error there, should be quills first then puddles, the extra damage you take isn't worth clearing up a floor spot an extra few seconds earlier.

On Durumu you seem to have gotten hit by force of will? a death occurred from the waters in his room so unless you jumped off due to a wipe this is the only way to get hit by this.

For Lei Shen you got hit by a crashing thunder and then static shock, if you were trying to solo soak there, there was no CD popped at all and the crashing thunder shouldn't even be near you (unless this was during a transmission at which point I don't see bouncing bolt damage taken so standing in that was your own fault.

As far as those concerns I'm sure someone else will go through more in-depth to give more solid feedback, these are the quick glancing things I have noticed. Also being extremely far behind in progression and not really having the past experience to back any of this up, it's gonna be a tough app process. But regardless GL with the rest of your app!

Thanks for the application, going through your logs your uptimes are really good (you don't seem to let your dots drop at all especially on H horridon where things can get frantic), raid awareness seems good (no extra damage taken then nesscessary).

Gem and reforging is spot on, question about your lei shen trinket though; how are you liking it for affliction? I feel the wushoolay and breath combo seems to do better due to synergy and also the huge amounts of secondary stats it gives. Also no meta?!?! can be doing wayyyyy more once you get hit (your numbers seem to be fine anyways so extra dps never hurts ). I noticed you say you've messed around with demo a bit, how would you feel if you were asked to play it for certain fights where that spec excels? I.E Durumu or Lei Shen

No real mistakes or anything I noticed at first glance, will note things I spot in the future .

Also I dislike you for your upload , it would be nice to have that for streaming HD

Only thing that jumps out is your lack of heroic progression experience, you did a bit during t11 and t12 but it kinda stopped there. Started the game late so no real wotlk experience is making your history pretty thin. However from what I've seen you seem to do well on avoiding certain mechanics and, without personally experiencing it, hoping you have a very quick learning curve to new fights

Recruited trials are normally thrown into the fire, so yes you'll be expected to have knowledge on all the fights

Very good RL friend of mine and a very solid raider, I do vouch for his skill level to be able to compete on a world class level. I know sev has been having a lot of focus on school lately and that didn't out so well at this point in time however I do give my full support to JackSilk here. Able to put out high ranking numbers while doing every mechanic the boss has flawlessly

Quickly looking over logs you did take a noticeably high amount of damage on your Heroic Jin'rokh kill, I know most of it could be healer cds etc but I noticed you did not use Unending resolve once and also only used sac once with 3-4 chances to use it during thunderstorm. Curious why this is. Also I am the resident Aff lock so I know next to nothing about destro specific things, etc so I'll let Ashin cover that, however your immolate uptime is indeed pretty low.

No real time to go over armory and other fights, I can do it when I get back but if you could please address the survivability concern I have.

Well, the way I see it is that if we are looking to build a solid roster of 26-30 players or so I don't see a reason why to pass on a great app due to some issues that "might happen". Worse comes to worse and things don't work out we are in the same boat as we are now looking for good solid players, however if it turns the other way that's great for us.
