Edit: I realize you might want a rogue slightly more, as it would fill out the composition of the raid better, but still is somewhat odd to me...

The logs you picked are a great advertisement for Daed, who also applied. Your character is not terribly geared but you are way behind us in terms of raid experience. In addition, we recently selected a hunter for trial, so I don't feel that I can take another one right now. We are looking for a mage, but I don't think a reroll type of situation is what we need this deep in the raid tier. We're at the home stretch and need someone with current experience and gear.

Yes, like Daed, gear/experience is a concern for us this far into the tier. That's not the only factor, however, which "disqualified" you. As Ashin stated, we recently took on a new Hunter trial, and there simply isn't roster space at this time for another.
