Caffeine doesn't, no.. But it comes and goes.. So hopefully it leaves me alone during the exam

Consuming caffeine is not good for a migraine. The pain is caused when your blood vessels have expanded so caffeine just compounds the issue. The caffeine only really works for the other symptoms of the migraine (auras, blindness, whatnot) that is when your blood vessels are contracted.
