  1. Hey everyone! I found out about this guild through Tsurumi and am really interested in joining your guild. I've been told that there might not be much room for fury warrs at this time but maybe I can join as a social member until there's a time where a space might be opened up? In any case I wanted to get an app up and see how we might fit together. World of Warcraft Name: Kurosuke RealID: djmonkiigrl@gmail.com I'm leaving this up here because I haven't transferred and in case officers want to interview me personally. Spec: TG Fury, looking to build weapon set for SMF Race: Orc Class: Warrior. Most of my theorycrafting resources come from community forums like EJ, mmo-champion, etc. I like to keep my ear to the ground in the warrior community so I can maximize what I'm doing. Please provide a link to your Armory profile: http://us.battle.net...rosuke/advanced Please provide a link to your UI: http://i55.tinypic.com/2vt9w6b.jpg On top of the basics (Omen/DBM/Recount) I also use IceHUD, Quartz and TukUI. Do you have a microphone and the ability to be use it? Yes and yes. What are your previous guilds that you have joined in World of Warcraft, and why did you leave them? I'm in a guild right now called "has free candy," and am part of their raid team, but since Caelestrasz is an Oceanic server, it's getting harder and harder to be alert and focused when raiding at 3AM. I wanted to find a team that is closer to my own time zone that I can progress and grow with. My previous guild before this one was Last Legion on Proudmoore, but I left when the raid team fell apart (Cata doom) and the raid leaders stopped signing on. What are your reasons for wanting to join? I wanted to find a guild that was not only friendly, but progression-minded. With what I've experienced in WoW, it's almost impossible to have both, a respectable friendly atmosphere as well as serious and team-focused raiders. I was starting to feel like they were mutually exclusive. When I looked up this guild it seemed the closest I can get to having teammates who not only respected team members' RL, but also were frank enough to tell people they're doing something wrong without screaming their heads off. Yes, I'm looking for a raid team, but primarily I'm looking to stop bouncing around servers and find a place to call home. I want to raid, but I want to do it with friends. What is your raiding experience? The majority of my raid experience has been through H ICC25 (yes, I'm a wrathbaby...) as a tank. My current guild is pushing non-heroic Cho'gall in BoT. A lot of DPS will tell you that their biggest strengths are being able to pull huge numbers in a given situation. For me, it's the ability to learn fast and reliably, to stay alive, focused, and team-minded in high pressure situations where a second-late interrupt can wipe the raid. Confidence has its advantages but so can humility. When pushing hard content and mistakes need to be analyzed to the minute detail, you can be sure that if I mess up, I'll let you know and after I fix it, it won't happen again. Would you mind wiping on new bosses, and farming for the repair costs needed? It's a basic part of being on a raid team, in my opinion. I learn fights before I'm in them through tankspot/wowhead videos and commentary, I bring my own food buffs and flasks if the guild doesn't provide them. If there's any information I'm missing or if officers have any questions, please feel free to contact me through email or realID. I also have an AIM: eastsidegallery
