Awwww, we could have been Les Trois Mousquetaires! Valharia, and myself (the two other higher level WH's in the guild) are both near Montreal in Quebec, and speak French. Welcome aboard, I remember the name Samna from the first real keep siege I participated in. =)

My mom lives in Bucks County Pennsylvania on a couple of acres of woodland.... it's not as country as what you're describing but it's far removed from any city. There's a trail leading to a Koi pond with a little bench and fountain set up where I drink my coffee every morning. More often than not I'll see a family of deer come through, and they actually get pretty close to me if I don't move much. The last time was this summer with my gf and there were two baby bambis in the bunch, and we also saw a three-legged deer cross the road in front of us with it's group. Sad, but it seemed to be managing well and the others waited for it. I don't think they'll be as patient when wolves/coyotes are around, though. Tons of garter snakes (some HUGE) live there, preferring clumps of pachysandra under trees and popping out when you inadvertently walk too close to them. Lots of cute little moles too... probably why the snakes are there =) Annnd I can't forget the hawks, that are really majestic when seen up close.

That's awesome to me, both your land/situation, and location. I had a similar experience while visiting friends in Oregon. Being able to jetski during the day, and go skiing at night easily is pretty darn cool. Having 50 acres in the middle of the woods.... /dreamworld. I'd be out there every day exploring, especially insects (huge entomology fan here).

Two of my mother's best friends have a house down there. I've been twice, and absolutely loved it. I spent a week in southern NJ/PA this summer, and wanted to go but we were short on time =/ Next summer I'm gonna try to go with a bunch of friends and rent a house in the OBX for a week.

Ashin can't handle a single /tell while PvPing. There's a better chance it will rain marshmallows tomorrow, than there is of him 2boxing.

That's awesome really! I met a girl in EQ once, and flew out to Oregon to hang out with her for a week. It was actually great, and I ended up almost moving out there to live with her friend who was looking for a roomie. Romantically it never really connected irl, but the experience was awesome just the same, so I can imagine what it must have been like for you, having that added bonus! Side note: I just named our new adopted kitten Mynt, like my character =) We call her little mynt, among other things =)
