I hate them too. I had one the other day for a welding job, go figure. The worst question was "What are 5 things that you are good at?" I have always been taught to be modest and to not brag on myself. It was horrible.

I understand cryus, I was brought up the same. It went really well considering the first 5 minutes was me stuttering and "uhm"ing. I got a call back a few hours later confirming a technical interview on Tuesday!!

Giving a phone interview sucks almost as much as receiving one.
