  1. Fair enough. Best of luck to your guild!
  2. An interesting application format indeed, the character I'm applying with is a rogue named Sellee: http://us.battle.net...Sellee/advanced I started playing WoW back in Wrath, shortly after ICC released. I came over from LoTRO to play with a couple friends. In Wrath, I raided mainly in a casual atmosphere as a Mage and Rogue on Steamwheedle Cartel. When Cataclysm released, I was in a guild called Disconnected From Server on Archimonde that was slowly falling apart as we worked on normal mode Nefarian. It was frustrating to progress that far, only to see things deteriorate. I then located to Executus, as Archimonde was a low pop server despite being open to free transfers. I joined a guild called No Breaks, and have been there since then, roughly 1.5 years. During that time, I went 8/13 Heroic in BWD/BoT/ToFW, 6/7 Heroic in FL, and 6/8 Heroic in DS. I took a break from WoW back in April, shortly before the guild downed Spine and Madness. I know the word " break" throws up some red flags. I understand that. My reason for the break was simple, burnout. I was raiding 4-5 nights a week on my main and other alts for over 2 years. No Breaks' raid times weren't good for me, but I made it work because I enjoyed the people there so much. I'd get off work at 7:50pm est and race home to be 15 minutes late for their 8pm start time. They were wonderful to accomodate me, but it really was stressful to have to be in such a hurry constantly. I did it to myself, but I also promised not to put myself through it again when I returned to WoW. I believe SoH is very similar in atmosphere, at least from what I've read, to my current guild. The raid times are awesome, giving me plenty of time to get home and log on, while still not being required to stay up to some ridiculous hour. I'm looking for a laid-back group that can do two things effectively, kill bosses and have a great time doing it. I've always been a firm believer in having fun while playing the game, but also focusing on the task at hand when it's time to get down to business. As a rogue, I'm familiar with all specs of the class. I could bore you with stat priorities and rotations, but that requires nothing more than just copying and pasting from Elitist Jerks or Noxxic. I crunch numbers, constantly reforge to squeeze whatever little bit of DPS I can out of my gear, and research my class routinely just to remain up-to-date. I raided ICC as Assassination, BWD/BoT/ToFW as Assassination, Firelands as Assassination (Enhance Shamans kept stealing my Combat weapons!), and Dragon Soul as Combat and Subtlety. I'm currently specced Combat, but plan to utilize Assassination as well in MSV. As for me, my name's Chris. I'm 33 years old and have a wonderful wife and 3 children. Two boys, and the youngest is a daughter. They are ages 9, 7, and 5. I enjoy sports and coaching my kids in sports. When I'm not playing WoW, I'm usually tied up doing something with the family. We're located on the East Coast in Delaware...which, yes, is a state. I work a 12 hour rotating shift work schedule, which creates one problem. There'd be 1 Tues-Thurs stretch per month that I would not be able to raid due to working nights. It'd be just once a month, but I do understand if that created a problem for any guild that I join. Hopefully, I haven't talked too much, and I look forward to any questions that you may have!
