4 hours on the phone with Comcast, sent Dept to Dept then disconnected. Resolution is that they don't know what the problem is so sending a tech to swap the box...on Wed. #NeedGoogleFiberNow!

We went through the same thing. Fiber is amazing-I hope your issue gets sorted/you have access to Fiber!
