For what its worth, last night was my first DP B grade run. I got the gold anuhart ranger gloves. There was also a gold crit ring, a gold magic earring, and another gold magic ring that dropped. As well as several pieces of blue plate, chain, etc.. Oh, there was also the gold anuhart sorc shoes that dropped as well. Maybe this wasn't a typical run with all the drops, but it sure looks like the place to go for gear at level 50.
