Crynthos
Hello, I have not done any formal applications in this caliber before and all I have to say about it is that this experience alone will be awesome. Anyways, my name is Jayson or Jay and I am 19 years old. I live in California and I am a college student and a part time worker. I manage my daily schedules very well and so I can find time for whatever be it Work, School, or World of Warcraft. I have been playing WoW ever since the release of Cataclysm so I am fairly new but I am as much of a competent raider as anyone else. Ever since I started playing end content, I have been endlessly experimenting on the perfect healing class that suits my playstyle and so coming back to the Holy Paladin (my first healer) has made me aware of my strengths and weaknesses as a healer. I can't say that I am a die-hard blizzard fan but I am a fan of their work whatsoever and I try to keep up with news about them as much as I can, even going as far - well not very far since I do play WoW - as to liking blizzard on Facebook. As for PvP, I can't say that I am an awesome PvP'er but I do participate in Random Ques as a PvP healer. I do know that there are different strategies from healing PvE and PvP. With a little practice, I can become a great PvP healer because I am a very fast learner. Concerning the last bullet point from your Recruit add on the WoW website, I get a long with everyone. I have many friends of all races, genders, sexualities, religions, and political views/parties. They're all the same, friends. And so I apologize for this obscenely long application but I tried to cover all the points the add. I hope you had as much fun reading my application as I did writing it. - Enjoy the rest of your day Jay (Crynthos)

Ashin
Hi Jay, Thanks for stopping by - I can see you did take the time to read our recruitment post, so that's a good start. I understand you just recently got started in raiding - what was your favorite fight in Cataclysm and why? How far along was the nerf before you got your first Madness kill? Cheers. Crynthos
Hello, My favorite cataclysm fight is definitely Heroic Spine of Deathwing. The reason is that it demands many factors that make a raid so much fun such as communication, precise mana/cool down management and awareness. That is what I look for in fights, to be able to have such a hard time healing that it calls for healers to redefine their way of healing and forces them to act according to the situation. We got our first madness kill around three months after the Dragon Soul patch release mainly because our team didn't focus to much on Progressions. But, I stuck around anyways and eventually Deathwing just managed to kill himself with all the nerfs. -Jay
