tacobuddy Posted January 18, 2016 Report Share Posted January 18, 2016 Hello All, Posted on Reddit that i am looking for a new FC as my current one is not what i desire but i have been with since T13. I am an avid gamer and enjoy a ton of different things gaming wise from Console games such as FF, Shining Force, Phantasy Star and even Beyond the Beyond. I am an old school gamer with mentality that your only going to get better by both failing and succeeding as long as you keep a positive attitude. I currently work in a hospital as part of the administrative team. I am a CST player so your EST times are great for me. I am very self sustained so i come prepared mentally and physically as well as financially, while my crafting is not where i want it to be it is what it is for now. I started playing FFXIV in Beta as a way to get out from the WoW standard. I had raided in BC as a top 200 Raider raiding 5 days at 4 hours a day and it was great i made friends and did a lot for the community. When achievements came out i had one of the highest totals in North America and I collected all of the legendaries for my classes (Pld and Warlock) as well as the Insane in the membrane before they nerfed Darkmoon Faire. I have played FFXI for many years with many fond memories as well and I also currently play Marvel Heroes 2015 (2016) Online, and Devilian. I love FFXIV because it lets me explore my favorite game genre in large world, make friends and everyday go on a massive adventure. I am a good player who likes testing himself and having a great attitude while doing it. I want to take on the hardest content and be success with a group of like minded folks. I read the comment left on my post and well hope to hear back from you guys to see what we can offer each other. I have mained PLD since Beta but took a long break after Alex came out to focus on some job and life stuff and now i am back to playing full-time (full time for me at least) and well i am looking for a group to play with that wants the same goals i do. Fun friendly, adventure, and success without drama. Thanks for reading and yes leave questions, comments, concerns etc... I will check back tomorrow night. Kudos to you, I really wanted that title but the work was to much for me. Secondly a FFXI player!!! What server? How long did you play? Third what is your stance on Lalafells? How much end-game involvement did you have? Insane in the membrane?!? I only managed to get about 40% done with the one crazy rep where you had to run the dungeon for books? i think it was for rep. Was way too much for me. Do you have any hobbies outside of gaming? I think you've possibly found the right group of people, judging from what you've said in your opening post. Thanks for the compliment and yes it was a HUGE Grind but i made a lot of money along the way selling runecloth and that was used to buy the darkmoon decks like rogue and mage and i forget the other deck but yeah it was a Grind. FFXI: I played on Diabolos and Unicorn where i mained a PLD (Server 2nd for AEGIS) and BRD (first bard on server to have mary's horn) and i did well for myself being that my best friend at the time knew Japanese and he would come over and hang out and we would get into JPexp parties and let me tell ya the chains were crazy Lalafells: I am a pro Lalafell fan personally but i play a human in most my games that panic e-mote was the best Fish: Well i am allergic to fish but i would be a Porcupine Blow Fish so i could get mean and nasty on other fish and kill them if they came to eat me...if i happen to get eaten i would taste amazing (insert your mom or GF reference here) Cause who does no like the taste of Victory !!! I work in a hospital so my other game is not trying to yell at people for being dumb. I also play Marvel Heroes. Devilian (maybe blade and soul) I like movies, music (Over 100 concerts under my belt) I also study martial arts (No i am not a UFC fighter nor will i claim to be) But i do like to watch UFC and other combat sports or grappling tournaments. I like exercise and eating healthy and just really having a good time. I think you've possibly found the right group of people, judging from what you've said in your opening post.
