Jeskal
Sorry all, just as I was about to invite a chanter to our group I get "You have been disconnected from the Server". So I figure, ok it's a hiccup in the internet, so I go and start loading up the game when BAM power goes out. I'd've called Allirea and had him tell you my power was out, but I've got a cordless phone that needs electricity to work >.< I gave up at about 11:30 when it wasn't back on because I was getting tired and without something to do I was losing consciousness fast. Sorry that I couldn't run with you all, and I'll work on getting attuned for DC today.

Mily
That's actually been happening a lot to Verus and me. We've been randomly getting DC'd from the server quite often, but our internet has been fine.
Ashin
I think their server hosting company stinks, tbh.
Etrine
Possibly. Yesterday and today have been terrible terrible disconnects. We called our ISP and they reset everything on our end and aside from Aion my internet is running smooth.
TwentyOneAlpha
I had the same problem a couple weeks ago, try submitting a ticket on the support website. They'll direct you to downloaded a tracer program that runs through your internet connection and settings and sends it back to NCsoft, I did it and my DC problems went away a day or two later. Ashin
That's what I always tell people, but no one listens! The instant you get the randomly bad latency problem, you need to submit a ticket. Within a few days it will just clear up, as NCsoft relays the information to the host.

I was unaware of this and I'll certainly go ahead and do so. Thankee!
