Pack pillows with books to lighten the load, and use t-shirts, etc. as packing stuffing. And yes -- declutter!

It's very easy to underestimate how much shit we've accumulated and how long it can take to pack it all, I understand!

We've moved 5 times in 8 years so we're basically pros now, but I'd never do it without movers again either. They'll help you finish up if needed, but if it will add to the fees obviously. Just make sure they have extra hours available. If you've booked them for a 5-hour time slot during a busy period they'll adhere to it religiously. We always try to ensure an extra 1-2 hours of wiggle room... little bit late to tell you that, but good luck twin! I'd help if I could!
