Just about 2 years ago I get told that if I'm a part time employee and I work for the company for 2 years I qualify for tuition reimbursement, which basically means free school. Now that I'm "eligible" for that I'm told that because I'm "only" a tutor and part time I don't qualify.

My supervisor is looking into the issue because the Employee Handbook says nothing about part time employees but there were several tutors who were told we would be able to do what I tried to do. And she thinks there is one tutor who is already doing what I tried to do and that person is definitely not full time. On the flip side, I've got an evaluation coming up and she told me she's going to put in for a raise for me. So nothing bad without some good.
