I think what Toobz's is hinting at (and how I feel sometimes) is that ANet focuses balance around sPvP so much that other aspects suffer, and he would like to avoid a similar situation in his next game

Yes. I've come to believe that balancing small team PvP and large team MMOs are not possible. So for me, "e-sports" has become code for horrible balance problems.
