First attempt at cooking delicate fish in stainless steel: disastrous.

With Stainless Steel the pan needs to be very hot before placing food on it.
We bought a whole set a couple years ago an it took a while to get used too.

Sigh of Relief!!! Audit over ~ now the real work begins!! The auditor was a really good one, so we have some work to do, but it is good work to improve our QMS!! So, hopefully back on tonight for at least a little while. See ya soon!

So, no playing this weekend and not sure about this week......today starts the week long AS9100 Re-Certification Audit.......spent all weekend preparing for the audit. I am so tired and we have not even started yet.....it is going to be a long week!
