Thanks. Still not feeling too well today and a lot of work, so I may be on for a few minutes later tonight, otherwise, I hope to see everyone Friday, maybe a legion group to do something somewhere, eh? That'd give me a big happy.

Hunt: I know I'd feel better with some Chicken Tikka Masala, if even for the few minutes I'm eating, but unless I learn to cook Indian food, we just can't afford to get it so much Otherwise, I think I'd eat tikka malasa or curry every single day. haha

On a related note my dalmatian had really bad arthritis, he's 11 now. I put him on Metacam at my vet's suggestion, I was skeptical at first, but it makes a HUGE difference. It used to take him three or four tries to stand up, now he actually runs and jumps around again.

That's great Disco. Seth is on Novox, Tramadol, and gabapentin; anti-inflammatory, moderate-to-severe pain reliever, and neurological pain reliever. I'm waiting today for the call, but I am guessing I will have to wait until Tues or Wed. We are not worrying a lot because I think it's inflammation of the hip, but still want the results over with. Thanks for the positive thoughts.

Perk of working from home. I will probably cut down to 3 or 4 times a week once I'm feeling strong. I did TWO 30 minute sessions once in the morning and once in the evening a couple times this week. \o/ It's sort of addictive now.

I've been back on 5x/week. Just got done with my first month of cardio and light weights. Now it's time for me to kick it up a notch and get serious. Go us!

Feeling better today. I gave up on work yesterday, it just weren't gonna happen. lol. So extra work for today and this weekend, but at least I got to rest yesterday and feel a little bit better.
