Healzalot Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 How to start......Well my name is Healz / Zac and I've been healing almost exclusively in mmo's for 9 or 10 years. Me and Brixz and pretty close (he is my RL Uncle) He showed me the ropes of raid healing back in the day when wow was the top dog. Fast forward a few years and I'm sitting on a level 90 of every healing class that wow has to offer, with hard mode achievements galore under my belt. And that's just for warcraft! Id list all the other mmo's I have played and healed on but thinking about it makes my head hurt. I was also one of the main healers in our SWTOR guild, and made all the youtube videos for our progress. (My youtube and Gmail are hard to forget Healzalot@gmail.com) If anyone wanted to see us in action getting server firsts and the like I have some videos still up @ http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcSFAGTvxKiP3tkDL-vwxpQ I'm hoping to raid once again and make some more videos like I used to, and keep everyone's green bars full. As for the RL stuff I live in Northeastern NC and work as an EMT in the ER of our local hospital. Apparently I loved healing in games so much I decided to do it in RL too. Brixz Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 I can put the word in for this kat..... I brought him to my guild and trained him to be the master healer that he is. I have raided with a ton of folk and hes about as legit of a healer as the come.. I know all the crazy stuff about him, so i'll let you all discover that at your whim. He's been a raid lead and officer for me for years and over many games. He is about as dedicated as it gets! A welcome addition to the crew! Do you think you will here? -Where is the farthest from North Carolina that you've traveled to? -Be honest: Is Brixz ever actually really annoying? -When not playing MMOs what do you enjoy doing most? -If you could bring back one 90's tv show what would you want a reboot of? Healzalot Posted May 31, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 31, 2014 I have in fact tried tanking, Did it for an entire expansion on an alt. It was fun, but eventually I had to get back to healing. I've been to canada but I was just a baby so I don't remember it much. Its funny you would ask about travel actually. A lot of people in my town refuse to ever leave the city for any reason. I'm not sure why, but it is a very real fear. I'm 20 min from the beach and I know people who have never been! Is Brixz EVER anoying? I'm sure to some people! But me and him have never had any problems. I have seen (back in the hardcore days) some recruits that couldn't follow the rules that I'm sure hated him though haha, but we are both super laid back. Can I answer Porn for this next question? I mean the internet is a wonderful place. 90's reboot? SWAT Kats! Easially my faveorite show as a kid hands down. I'm looking forward to gaming! Now for a few questions: -Do you have a particular class picked out yet in W*? If so, why? -I lived in NC for a while too and surfed a bit of the OBX, probably mostly south of you though . Healzalot Posted May 31, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 31, 2014 I was thinking of rolling a SS off the bat, but If I like and enjoy this game as much as I did warcraft I'll eventually have one of everything. One of the things I hate most about MMO's is that durring certain patches certain classes (tanks, healing, dps) will have a flavor of the month where a class will be best at there roll for months at a time. I'll only have one that is my main that I expect to raid on, but in the event that a patch rolls out and makes one class just horrible I'll have the ability to switch if need be. I don't surf at all. I go to the beach a few times a year but most of my swiming is done in hottubs. Little extra tidbit, I'm a huge Gundam fan.
