My GF (Soral) and I are currently looking for a new legion and were steered your way by Seb on the main Aion boards. A little bit about us. I am a 46 cleric with a few alts in the 20-35 range. Soral is a 46 assassin also with some alts in the same range. We both started back in Sept right around launch, having played a little in the open beta. We joined up with a small guild named <Sortie> that consisted of maybe 5-6 people. They eventually grew tired of playing, leaving us without a legion so we went to Yustiel and played Elyos for a bit (Chanter and Ranger). We were in a casual legion there named Atreia Guardians which later merged and became Divine Guardians, which made a small name for themselves as being a top 10 legion despite being casual. Eventually the leader left and the legion split up after he did, so we came back to Lumiel to level our Asmodians. For about a month we played with <It Burns When I PvP> until all the higher levels quit or moved servers to play Elyos. Currently we are wearing a <Notorious> tag, to chat with Aegis and a couple level 30s that joined, but even Aegis doesnt play anymore, and we really want to have a legion with actual people, that actually do stuff together. We both enjoy a mix of pve and pvp and have had some "Raid" experience in the past as we are both old school EQ players (ah how I miss running public Naggy and Vox raids) As far as other MMO experience goes, Ive played EQ, GW, EQ2, SWG, AoC, WoW and Warhammer. Soral has played many of the same and DAoC as well. As far as RL goes, Im a 34 year old father of 1 (son is 13) that is a budget specialist at Johns Hopkins University. In my spare time I coach soccer, play 40k and D&D (group meets every tuesday for 15ishyears now) and sell tickets for the Baltimore Orioles. Ill let Soral post her own info as I know giving out a woman's age can lead to serious health issues on my part... This intro sounds like a very good fit - your background is similar to many here, and we are couple-friendly. I work a little bit with the Center of Talented Youth at Hopkins (I'm an analyst with the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation), so we are neighbors, kind of. I was beginning to think SoH was going to open up a pharmacy franchise. I meet with a group every Saturday for D&D myself, and am ever so slowly building a Warhammer Fantasy army (40k is next; I'm excited to start collecting 'Nids!) Hope to see you in game soon. She works late on Tuesdays and Thursdays (till 9ish) and on days I work at the Orioles I log on about 930 (EST). Non work nights we get on anywhere around 7-730.
