In an effort to avoid caffeine crash and promote healthy sleep regimen, I have decided to embark on a Teaventure™. Ordered Jasmine Black Pearls, Ginseng Oolong, Genmaicha, Lapsang Souchong, Green Mate and Guayusa. Yes I know the last two aren't really tea.

So.. a cup of tea and a shot of espresso = similar amounts of caffeine. I'm not sure about your plan. I'm also a little perplexed @ your selection.
