Like what's a wardec and why must I avoid it?

A war dec is declared by another corp / alliance. It means that you can be attacked in High-Sec and Concord will not come to protect you. Do not fly anything of high-value that you cannot defend. (hauling expensive goods). People that are part of the war dec will flash red in local and your overview. The upside, you can kill them in high-sec too.
