This is actually common in 10M Luc, I rarely see melee keep uptime on the bosses, and if they do it's cause they had a plethora of melee.Simply because they can't cover the same ground like a 25M team.

That is probably the best thing about recording yourself play. When I look back on my videos I'm always like, "why the F do I have my UI doing that?!" Like in our recent kill videos I noticed all my crazy Error text ('Spell is not ready yet', 'Another action is in progress', etc) at the top of my screen. I had an addon to remove it but somehow it wasn't turned on, fixed that right away. Other things like DBM bars I can tweak, boss HP frames I can move around. You know things you don't notice while playing because you're so focused on the enounter. Even some DBM announcements I realize I don't need to be spammed with during the fight I can turn off for our next attempt. I highly recommend everyone to at least record an encounter, or at least some of it, with Fraps and see if they should change anything with their UI, helps a lot.

So because of this I had do download this movie. Coincidentally it appeared as a recent bluray rip on one of my sites I check so I figured I would give it a shot. It was weird to see Robin Williams play such a dark role. Overall though the movie was unsettling. High pitch noises coupled with light shining in my eyes was brutally unnerving.

Yea I'm not surprised you said that at all, I didn't like his tone one bit. Also IMO, his healing is terrible from what I see on the logs. Harsh personality and bad HPS is not a good mix for a guild master of a 25M team. Actually on our recent Heroic Feng, our Prot Pally did more healing than that Holy Palladin lol, little off topic sorry, I thought it was amusing. That's funny cause it works the opposite here! I'm sorry I didn't mean to spark your vindication for that guild and to vent here, I'm sure that wasn't your intention and sometimes we all get carried away. However, I do agree with you that Echelon's guild healing was pretty limp from what I saw, and overall the situation felt terrible. I got that just from watching about an hour of your vids and didn't like the guy immediately. IMO your twitch stream didn't feel like much of a recruitment tool, it definitely turned me away. Also I was surprised you guys had like no ranked healers on WoL's from old Cata fights, and very few for Vaults. I will say this though, the DPS looked pretty good from logs and your in game combat log. I'm not sure how I would like being on a Twitch stream either.

So I started watching your oldest video (the first) and that intro recruitment intro for Echelon looked pretty high quality. Did you make that? I mean, I was surprised to see something like that because it obviously had to of taken a lot of time and it got me thinking, how come you want to leave your current guild Echelon and join ours? I know you posted a couple reasons why you're applying here, but specifically how come you're leaving them? And omg how can you even see what's going on with all those bars and crazy combat text blocking everything!? Lol

Wow that's interesting #2 raiding guild on your server with only 2 FLs heroics on your pally. Oh no disrespect it's just odd how servers can be completely different. So I'll start off by saying you won't get special treatment for being a part of the GW2 chapter, especially being new to the guild in general. That chapter doesn't really have strict recruitment guidelines like our WoW chapter does, other than being a good individual. Being a previous raider/leader I'm sure you know exactly what I mean. If we do accept you as a recruit you will be put through the same tests as any other of our recruits. This includes, but is not limited to: Social capabilities with the guild. Such as being active on the forums and responding well to criticism, and just playing nice . Attendance. I'm going to assume you read Ashin's post on your friends topic, if not you should read it and I think his response applies to your application as well. You can see we have high attendance standards, basically 100%. Performance. No brainer, you gotta be good bro! Annnnnddd one last thing...I think your shift key might be broken and quite possibly your enter key might not work 100% of the time. Ah inside joke .

Oh I'm not saying don't use one, I was just saying eww to recount. We here in SoH support the use of Skada, lol. Recounts features are impressive thought and I miss them, but it wasn't worth the combat log access strain. However, with the changes to the 64bit client, maybe I should revisit it.

Hmm I was surprised to see you barely use Holy Radiance. I know it's not as op as it used to be, but for the black phase in Zonozz and Morchok stomps I figured it would still be superior. How come you chose not to?

I agree and feel the same way. If a player has that healer mindset they can shine with any healing class. Well just out of curiosity, like Cal asked, what do you think is your most favorite healing class? I've played them all as well and it really is a tough call since each has their own strengths and weaknesses. You think you'd be content with your Paladin? As much as I enjoyed my HPally I couldn't see myself playing it each and every raid.

There is also a stickied thread name SoH Status [WoW Chapter] at the top of this forum with our current raid team details. We are a 25m guild but at the moment we are not recruiting a healing Priest or Druid. The healer roster has been stable lately and we're currently focusing on evaluating recruits for DPS slots. Regardless if you're able to post any performance logs of your recent Heroic Dragon Soul endeavors that would help greatly.
