... another question ... Steam lists multiple ESO entries: Tamriel Unlimited $30, Morrowind $20, ESO Plus Membership $8, plus digital collector's editions. Which would I need to buy? Also, is there some form of world or region chat like in other MMOs?

This may be something that interests me but I won't have time to give it an honest "look-see" till next week. I'll check it out and post again. ... couple questions... 1) I've not played any of the previous iterations of ES; will that limit my enjoyment? 2) I've recently purchased a PS4 (specifically for D3 seasons w/ Platycus lol) but I see that this title is playable on multiple platforms. Do we all have to be using the same one? (I ask b/c with D3, the PS4 community and the PC community are exclusive to their platform).

It looks like I may have an "as-is" buyer for my residence \o/
This means that when I leave I can focus on new house fun and not worry about returning to the area for anything other than a fun visit. Such excite! He's a flipper that lives around the corner, lol, so he knows how nice this neighborhood is (and should fully comprehend the kind of deal he's getting!) He's going to make bank on this house, but I'm happy to not have any additional work to do including hauling away a ton of crap, repairing, repainting or general clean-up! Double excite!!

I'm freaking out... I sold my rental to my tenant last week. He died last night. I saw him in the morning and he complained his BP was low. I told him to smoke, drink and get in a fight while waiting for our neighbor, a hospice worker who takes our vitals, to get home. I was joking of course. I did caution him to see his doctor if his vitals weren't any better. I should have told him to go to the hospital right then and there but I had no way of knowing how serious it was -- he was otherwise alert and active as always. He was supposed to watch my cats this week while Platy & I went house-hunting in MN -- now it looks like I may be adopting his 2 geriatric furbabies if no one else steps up. I don't think I actually have a word for how I feel.

Happy 4th of July folks!
I finally sold my rental and will be traveling to Huntyre's neck of the woods in another week or so to look for a home. If we find something straightaway, THEN the real fun begins... packing, moving (with 3 cats in tow!), returning to N.O. for a garage sale, cleanup and possible fix-up of current residence for listing. Somewhere in there I have to buy new furniture, paint/nest (or reno?) new house, and take a breath, lol. Wish me luck!

Hi Ertic, welcome to the boards! I won't get to game with you in EVE (casually playing in GW2 atm) but I wanted to extend a warm welcome so hopefully you'll feel at home. As you welcome a vetting process, my guess is you'll feel comfy-cozy after your trial and promotion. ^^ (It's my understanding the EVE is one of those titles that requires staunch attention to this due to the possibility of theft). SoH has been gaming (in numerous and varied titles) since 2004. We're proud of our vetting process and of our Chapters and Members. Our Code of Conduct is explicit and Tyrlis (TBert) will likely suggest other reading as well. But once you've been promoted, you become part of our family. Hi Magz -- welcome to the boards! Folks here are pretty special and I hope you find we're a good fit, and vice versa. I won't get the chance to game with you in Eve (not my thing ^^) but perhaps in another title somewhere along the way? SoH plays a LOT of different games (I'm mucking about in GW2 atm). We're very close in age -- yay! Tell me, what kind of music do you prefer? I think it's curious that I've found myself gravitating to some of the music my parents listened to when I was young, stuff I professed to hate at the time, lol. Do you have any pets? (we're pet people!) I adopted 3 kittens about 4 months ago: Chaos, Loki & Luna(tic), aka the Trouble Troupe. They're a real handful, lol. Welp, I'm sure someone will be along from the Eve Chapter to shake your hand and give you the low-down soon; until then, sit tight and enjoy the view. Again, welcome! Make yourself at home ^^
