    You just have to call/email Customer Support about it and put in a ticket with them. I think someone from the guild has dealt with that before and it didn't take too long. (Maybe whoever it was will stop by and share details.)

      Crisis averted. coworker had my laptop bag. Apparently I left it in our cab after abruptly getting out and just starting to walk somewhere. (No clue where except that I stopped at some Afghan restaurant on the way and I wound up at my apartment.)
