Sometimes I just listen, sometimes I participate, and sometimes I'm busy. Two little girls, plus a regular but somewhat odd work schedule, and a newspaper route makes for stretches when I can't pay attention to the chat room or I'm not at my comp. But I enjoy "listening" to other people's chatter. And it's not just an online thing. Get me around a group of people irl and I operate pretty much the same way and listen more than I speak.

No, my girls were very generous and shared their cold with me. So now I can't breathe, I'm coughing, running hot and cold, and my throat hurts.

Hee hee! You aren't the only one to let your kid make a character and play with you. On my account I have Martha Mouse, an Asuran Elementalist that my older daughter created and we play together. Which essentially means I manipulate the mouse and tell her when to push buttons and what ones to push.

Hats are a big issue for me. And shoulders. Do you know how many times I wish I didn't have to show my shoulder gear? Would make my warrior's mog set look so much better if I didn't have to look at the shoulders. Unfortunately, I'm kinda lazy about some things and don't feel like trying to farm up the one set of shoulders that would look good with the rest of his gear.
