Yes and no... When they say that the response time is 1-5ms, 99% of the time they mean the grey to grey time (as opposed to the old black to white system that actually MEANT something). Unfortunately there is no industry standard set for the g2g response time so each company makes up their own (so they can basically say their response time is whatever they want).
