    Funny that we're talking a bit about the differences in tanking throughout WoW's history. I just threw myself into the role in DS and when I think back on it I feel like tanking t13 HM was kind of like the tutorial version of what I'm doing now. Deeeeefinitely a massive step up.

    Vengeance builds through absorbs, blocks and dodges based on the damage you would have taken (and thank god they finally caved on dodge), but you are correct that using GoAK or Divine Prot will nerf the vengeance you get. If the only thing holding you back is DPS then you might as well tweak your settings a bit! And hi :op
