I ended up going directly to my Dr's office to get it. Cause his office staff was dicking me around on the phone. Eye Dr's hate when you don't buy glasses from them, because they make such a large profit on frames/lenses. I had a friend who went through http://www.warbyparker.com/ and had a great experience with them. It's very hard to beet 95$ frames/lenses that look good
