NyQuil and bed at 9:30. "Wake up" at 10:22 confused if NyQuil worked yet/what am I supposed to do now?!

I have a prescription for Zopiclone. It doesn't work all that well for me, AND it makes everything taste like chemical ass for like 12 hours. Terrible. Doesn't do the taste thing for everyone though, but my doc had warned me. Next.

If you take dimenhydrinate, the sleepiness comes from the diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in it. It's worth noting that any sleepiness benadryl gives you past your 3rd day of use is probably the placebo effect, though!

DXM trip? Do kids still do that? I remember trying it a few times, and it was kinda gross
