prep doesn't reset smokebomb anymore! better run to the rogue forums and tell them how bad they're going to be and how they should reroll to a warlock. cause you know, release is totes tomorrow and good rogues will totally suck and my class is based around one ability. you know you play the most hated class in game when it makes people's day just to go neenerneener....

In fairness, double smokebomb was a glaring imbalance that has been complained about since Cata was in beta.
