      Thankfully they managed to get it to crank out enough hot air that I didn't have icicles dripping from my eyelashes. However, I did end up sitting at my desk all morning wrapped up in my coat, scarf and gloves. Trying to use a keyboard while wearing heavy winter gloves is not an easy task, let me tell you!
