Hey Dani! Welcome back!! Huntyre and I have trolled the boards looking for your original Intro but failed to find it. I think what happened was that you stopped playing before the Recruit process completed (and I was just learning the Admin part of my job then, so I may have misplaced it). Anyway, we're just going to start from scratch as though you were a new Recruit. You know the drill... 30 days active play, vote, in or out. Done. I've altered your forum status from Guest to Recruit so you have full access to the GW2 forum. You've also been sent a guild invite and will need to read the following threads (again), and sign where noted (again) just so all of our Ts are crossed, etc. I'd like to get you set up here with Recruit access so you can start looking around (especially the threads linked below). Zoe tested negative for Toxoplasma so there's no definitive reason for her seizures and high fever. She seems fine, but she seemed fine last week and then had 2+ hours worth of seizures. I'm off to the vet right now so they can take her temperature, etc.

Fever down to 103.5 (still high but better); weight down to 3.25 from 3.5 /sadface

Phenobarb! I have many cats (and dogs) on it. Need to pharmacy shop because it can be cheap at some places but not others, but works REALLY well

Problem is, we don't know what's causing them, or the high fever. If it were "just" seizures, I'd do the barb straight-away ^^

Bahaha, JR, I thoroughly enjoyed your Intro post. Very creative (mine was called "Fresh Meat" some years ago) ^^ Welcome to the boards! Since you've only seen us on the field, allow me to tell you a bit about our GW2 Chapter. We're moslty working professionals &/or students that take a RL first attitude. There are numerous couples here, many with children (or pets!) I think our youngest member is 26 and our oldest (me) is 50. We are a drama-free zone full of folks who respect one another; we're community-minded and try to leave a place better than we found it. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly where you're concerned, we are a WvW-focused PvX guild. We do actively participate in the PvE content releases in some form or fashion (similar to much of Crystal Desert server). Our WvW schedule is fairly constant in terms of weekly events where I make sure there's a CO on the field (Mo, Thur, Fri, Sat), otherwise all WvW participation is a free-form collection of whoever wishes to kick some ass. We do have a 30-day trial period, after which Recruits are voted on by Senior and Veteran Members. For many, it's as easy as walking; for others, not so much. I suspect you'll fit into the former nicely I'd like to get you set up here with Recruit access so you can start looking around our forums (especially the threads linked below). My mom is an avid crocheter. I've never owned a comforter because I'm always stocked in afghans. If you hit a snag, I can pass along her e-mail for pointers!

Zoe's fever is still 104. She's anemic and has a bladder/kidney infection. New meds.but no new answers

Just checking in... damp concrete floors and loud fans = unpleasant living environment. This could take another day ro 2 to dry :/ On the upside, kitten seems better.

Zoe seems worse so another vet visit after bloody mucus sneezes. Another 4 "power shots" later the doc has added one more med to the list :|

Yeah, it's overcome-able but it has to run its course, which could take a while. She's a bit better today. I think tht last round of shots helped (\o/)
