Take the good with the bad, because up to this point none of the bad has come anywhere near evoking the feeling I get when I walk in the door and one of the girls runs up and wraps me in a hug saying "Daddy you're home I missed you so much and I love you"

Xander, the quiet is only in comparison to the standard noise. There's still plenty of noise made by Bunny and Mr. Man. And Fera, it's definitely \o/.

Girls had a Halloween party at daycare today so they wore their costumes. Mouse went around this morning saying "It's Halloween. I get treats!" lol

Got my Christmas present today. It's "The Great Escape" from a local day spa. Six hours of pampering with a thirty minute body polish, hour massage, mani, pedi, facial, shampoo, style, and they feed me a gourmet lunch.

Yay snakes! Boo snakes + small children.

Fortunately out of the 10 species of snake native to Montana, only the rattle snake is poisonous. Three kinds of garter snakes though! And Fera, not sure how tasty a Western Hog Nose snake is.

Had to do a small powerpoint presentation with sound using Zoom for work. Took me five different tries to realize the reason there was no sound was because I wasn't hitting the "Audio on" button at the beginning of the presentation. Feeling like such an idiot.
