Yes power is back, others in the area have lost it. NES had been though the area this summer and cut all the trees back so we were very lucky.

It is only an issue if you try and update the driver. The diver is not signed, so when updating, the driver is uninstalled, then can't be installed because Windows stops it. You can see a ton of threads on the AMD forums.
